COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Braai: Braai over medium coals for 30–35 minutes. Turn to ensure the chicken is cooked through evenly.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place on an oven tray and roast for 30 minutes. Grill for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Air fryer: Heat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 25 minutes.

Freeze on the day of purchase for a maximum of 3 months. Do not refreeze. Defrost completely before cooking.
