Free Range Chicken wings 800g

Great for braai's and sundowner snacks.

We supply approx. 8 - 10 wings in a pack, depending on the size of the chicken and the weights.

The secret to the crispiest baked chicken wings that crunch with every bite.

INGREDIENTS

3–4 lbs chicken wings, cut into drumettes, flats, and wingtips

1½ Tbsp baking powder (aluminium-free)

1 tsp fine sea salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) with rack in centre. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil.

Pat wings thoroughly dry with paper towels — this is critical for a crisp exterior. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Combine baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.

Toss wings with seasoning mixture until evenly coated. Spread skin-side-up in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake at 425°F, turning every 15–20 minutes, until crispy and browned on both sides — 45 to 60 minutes total depending on wing size.

Serve with your favourite dip.
