Wheat Flour (Gluten), Vegetable Fat, Salt, Emulsifiers (E471), Sunflower Lecithin (E322), Palm Fat, Spinach, Oil, Garlic, Cheddar, Parmesan, Ricotta Cheese, Egg, Sesame Seeds.

Baking Instructions:
Defrost for 10min, Bake for 20-25min or until Golden brown.
